Cancellation and Return Policy
5Boro Digital follows a different cancellation policy for pay per click management, search engine optimization, and other services. Please refer to these respective agreements for more details on canceling.
All cancellation requests have to be submitted to the billing and accounts department of 5Boro Digital. You can submit cancellation requests by fax, direct mail, email, or phone. Requests are not valid until and unless you receive confirmation from the billing or accounts department. A confirmation number or email is given by the accounts department of5Boro Digital to act as proof of your cancellation of service.
5Boro Digital follows a different refund policy for its various services. Please refer to the individual service agreements for more details on the refund policy.
5Boro Digital does not guarantee a refund for canceling any of its services. 5Boro Digital can act on the agreement signed by the client and 5Boro Digital. 5Boro Digital is not going to offer a refund for funds spent on search engines, transaction charges, and for services that have already been delivered. It is not possible to get a refund for any miscellaneous charges that are not recoverable from 5Boro Digital or where a refund could cause any type of loss to 5Boro Digital.
