• Any additional functionality, adding of plugin would be an additional cost but before that we will be checking it with website’s compatibility and suggest you accordingly.
• If we need to purchase any plugin that will be additional according to the plugin and integration charges.
• In security monitoring, we monitor that the website is secured in terms that it has no blacklisting, Malware. We inform you in the monthly report if we find any and ask for your approval to clean the same and replace the files or provide solution if there is something that needs to be taken care of from hosting co. As we take weekly backups, we can upload the latest backup we have.
